 Lift-Out Party - Our 2008 Lift-Out Party will take place Saturday October 4 with the crane service set-up and ready to go at 8 AM. Please be there a few minutes before so we don't waste time. The crane makes for a very easy lift-out process now, so we won't need much of your time.Please join us and contribute your time to help the Sailing School get everything stored for the winter. |

| 2009 Inter-Lake Regatta - Mark your calendars now - the annual Inter-Lake Regatta will be held at WBYC July 31 through August 2, 2009, with launching and registration on Thursday July 30 from 3 - 8 p.m. This is a great family sailing event with a long tradition of fun and social activities and 2009 is sure to be another wonderful regatta in White Bear Lake style. Details will be forthcoming as we get closer to the 2009 racing season. |

| Racing Rules - Here is a handy web site to help you bone up on your rules over the winter. Of course we will be moving to a new RRS next season as they are updated every four years, but the changes will likely be subtle so this web site is still very helpful. Simple animations graphically explain the rules situations clearly and concisely. The quiz section lets you test your knowledge. |

| The
White Bear Yacht Club formed in 1889 to sponsor yacht racing at
White Bear Lake, MN. We're proud to have been one of the founding
members of the Inland Lake Yachting Association and host to the
first ILYA Championship regatta held in August of 1898. Club races
are scheduled every Saturday and Sunday and Wednesday and Thursday
evenings throughout the summer months. Sailing instruction is
available for adults and children through our Sailing School.
